We are looking for J2EE developers with experience in the mobile
sector to join our Krakow team.
Responsibilities:
* Interact directly with colleagues and external technical sources to
understand and implement project specific integrations
* Implement custom presentation layers and tools
* Provide support to engineering and support team
* Write clear and accurate commented code
* Work to achieve group targets
Skills, knowledge and experience:
* Minimum of 2 years Java J2EE technical experience.
* Plus experience in the following will be a significant advantage:
- Application servers (JBoss, Tomcat)
- J2EE Platform (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JMS)
- Hibernate & general SQL
- Unit testing
- Ant scripting
- Source control system (CVS, Subversion)
- Web Services (Axis)
- Mobile & General Web skills (xHTML, WML, Javascript, CSS)
- Working in a Linux environment, shell scripting etc
* Mobile background would be an advantage. Candidate should have
experience working with mobile technologies and understand mobile
phone capabilities
* Willing to take ownership and responsibility for production services
* Experience of integrating with a variety of systems and technologies
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* You should be able to work effectively in a team, have excellent
verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and
methodical working practices
* Ability to speak fluent French, German or Spanish, in addition to
English would be an advantage
